>My parents were just here for a 10-day stay. They had a great time playing with Theo (as did Theo with them). We also took the took a trip to the Southwest of France (to the Figeac area) and a quick one to the Alps. All in the all, we had great weather. After their departure, I’m not sure who was more depressed: My parents for having to leave Theo or Theo for losing his constant playmates.

May 5, 2007>Last weekend, Anne-Laure, Theo and I went to Castres to visit our friends Nath, Axel and their daughter Chloé. Theo and Chloé had a blast chasing each other everywhere while the parents caught up on lost time.
The highlight for the kids was our trip to the local park…once we explained that there was enough green for both of them to play on.
>Rabbit vs Bell
April 12, 2007>
Theo spent his second Easter in the Alps. We had beautiful weather (as you can see from the panoramic shot from our balcony) and the snow was descent, though it was slush in some parts.
For Easter, Theo received two chocolate chickens filled with candied eggs. The bearer of these gifts is still being debated for the Easter Bunny doesn’t exist in France. The treats are delivered by a flying bell. Yes, that’s right, a flying bell. One of the best (and funniest) articles I’ve read about this discussion is by David Sedaris . Click HERE to read it.
